Hi there are you ready to STOP SMOKING …..  before NATIONAL no SMOKING Day.  11th March 2015

There are many ways that you can gain support to stop smoking …..  that’s a good thing.

How ever you have to want to stop yourself – and will need  to make changes within your everyday living .

Many people  use cigarettes as a crutch at stress full times –

Or sometimes just to take a break from reality of life … – For five or ten minutes.

This often makes one feel a little better .. and people assume that its the cigarette that has helped them to relax.

Its not ……   You will have made an association that fits in-  with feeling relaxed after a cigarette.

Thus we then have produced a Habit that associates a cigarette with relaxation.

 

If Electronic  Cigarettes do not contain the same amounts of Nicotine  THEN SMOKING IS MOSTLY A HABIT.

Its the  Habit that also needs to be broken.     Don’t exchange   –    ONE HABIT FOR ANOTHER
